Country Inn & Suites By Radisson, Brookings

Great hotel with free wi-fi, a fitness center, and indoor swimming pool. I remember how the staff helped me with local food delivery on my first stay. Highly recommend for a cozy retreat! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Equipment in workout room was great. Breakfast selection looked good - we skipped it as we had a breakfast engagement elsewhere. We stayed on a Saturday - was nice and quiet.

The pool was a little small.

Here's what works, and what doesn't

The rooms were spacious and the breakfast area offered plenty of choices, all kept tidy. We also enjoyed the pool area, clean and inviting.

Unfortunately, we faced challenges with noise disturbances from other guests that kept us up. The front desk response to our concerns was lacking in urgency.

Staying in the same hotel as the NDSU Bison baseball team.

Refusal to honor ARRP discount.

Location very close to a walking path adjacent to the property and an Applebee's across the parking lot with delivery/takeout and Brookings, SD again and a restaurant. Fabulously friendly and amiable staff, brand-new room with the fancy tub and the beautiful modern pictures, as example.

comfortable stay but some details need attention

The Extended Stay King Suite with Whirlpool and Kitchenette was spacious and well-equipped for my needs. I appreciated the ease of gaining access to my room when I accidentally locked myself out. The staff handled it smoothly. The location was convenient.

The well-maintained pool area provided a refreshing escape for the family.

Stayed with a lot of little hockey players who were so polite and didn't interrupt my sleep at all. I was impressed that it was so quiet. Like the proximity to Applebees for dinner. Good stay!

The rooms were big

When we got to our room the bed want made so they had to give us a new room. The next morning waking through a door and stepped on the trim with nails in it while it is undergoing construction. For breakfast there wasn't any oatmeal Made. Pieces of the bathroom wall on the floor

Stayed at country inn & suites by radisson for one night and loved the location near the interstate and swiftel center. The lobby had coffee available early, a nice touch. The room was cozy and clean, and the staff were friendly.

Could improve on soundproofing. I heard some noise from the pool area.

perfect spot for exploring parks and local attractions

i enjoyed my recent stay, especially for its close proximity to fantastic parks like mccrory gardens just over 2 km away and the swiftel center only about 900 meters nearby, making my city strolls so much easier and more enjoyable.
